Please help!

My 6 year old male guinea pig is having problems walking(his back legs) when I was bathing him I noticed he has a swollen anus and it looks quite sore it also looks as if he has something stuck in there but I don’t know how to get it out, does anybody know what it is or what could cure it.

It sounds like impaction. Please make an urgent appointment st the vets and get him seen to ASAP. In the meantime please read the following guides about care of boars bits. You need to clear the impaction and then prevent its build up again. Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths

Impaction. My boar pip (avatar)who was also 6 had it. I had to clean i out everyday by using some oil on a cotton bud,i cant remember which oil
