I noticed some blood on the bedding in team " Bowl Tippers"

I expect some of you remember this happened last week

Vet Trip with Dexy ... so now he's having a L'Oreal Moment


Well, I'm glad I didn't assume it was still Dexy …. as it wasn't .

I had them all out on wee watch again - Dexy's wee was crystal clear - but poor Sparkle passed a red trickle

Poor girl .

I've got her a vet appointment later this morning .

Sparkle has been checked over by a very competent vet who suspects this may be a result of ovarian cysts . Sparkle's stopping in for some tests so we'll wait the outcome of these .

She's fine in herself.
She's had an x-ray which confirmed that she hasn't got stones. I agreed with vet to try a short course of antibiotics in case it's an infection. We strongly suspect she's got ovarian cysts. I have an appointment with the Guinea Pig Vet this coming Friday.
