I brush her 3 times a week and there still was a huge mat....took me 30 minutes to get it out because as much as I was trying not to pull, I accidentally pulled one or two times and made her cry 8... and she was trying to hide from me as you can see!

I have same problem too! no matter what i do re the brushing you know who gets matts mallethead

i just adore the 'chicken leg' drooldrooldrool
 
Aw bless her poor thing. It's not her fault that she's ever so hairy!:))
 
She does have so much hair for such a little pig! She is beautiful, I think you did a fab job with her haircut.

A couple of times I accidentally catch a hair and pull it when brushing, so there have been a couple of cries here too. It's never a smooth road to get to the final result!

Poor Pola doesnt look too impressed with her haircut! She is absoloutely gorgeous and the final picture with her snuggled into the towel is beautiful..

Thanks Laura! I had been meaning to give her one for about a week now, and then I saw the pic of your beautiful Sophia and bit the bullet! :))

I love her to pieces, but I am glad I only have one with hair that long!

Oh she was! I was kind of afraid she was going to snap out and bite my hand when she was curled around, but she was as well behaved as could be expected.

She probably thought I was the devil by the end...it was going great, she let me cut whatever and then I found the mat and she was done! When I put her back in her cage she hid from me so I haven't even seen the final result yet! Maybe she'll let me get a look of her later.
 
Pola's a beauty; she reminds me a lot of our first family guinea pig - another one who didn't believe in haircuts until after the fact...
 
shes gorgeous but its hilarious that she's trying to hide from you whilst you are trying to cut her fur :))
