Is it normal that my guinea girls' poop is about half the size of the guinea boys' poop - they have the same foods available?

Each piggy has it's own poop; as long as they are about the same ratio, everything is OK.

Just worry if the are unusually small and misshapen or large, soft or even runny, or covered in slime, as this can indicate that they are not eating (enough), being constipated, had too much fresh food or anitbiotics; or having diarrhea, or are dehydrated.

It depends upon pig size/weight, diet, age, medical condition.

I've noticed my girls poop is getting bigger than before...but they are older now. I watch daily to see if after i've given a new vegetable how well they tolerate it. I'm on watch now as i gave them Cantelop Melon last night! oh my how they ravaged it!

AWWW - ripe melon can cause acute ecstasy in guinea pigs... :))

Rodney does mini poops, and Pips are like shrunk bananas :(|)
