Hello well my first question is Sprout has quite dry, light coloured crumbly poop. Wondering if this might be a sign of dehydration. He drinks from the bottle but it might be a little hard for him to get a good drink as his mouth is still too small

Also he has this hard bit on his bum. I thought maybe it was a build up of grease from his grease gland but isn't he too young for that? Not sure what else it could be though

I'm not sure really.. Id advise you get him to the vets.. Have you tried washing his bottom to ensure it isnt infact a build up of grease

I took him to the vets just the other week as I thought maybe it was a fungal infection (he had some other dry flaky bits on him). The vet said it was mites and gave me some drops for both the pigs. Everything else has cleared up but this is still there. I just gave him a bath a few minutes ago and it wouldn't budge.

Might be a hard skin growth maybe

If the vet wasnt to concerned about it then i wouldnt worry to much at this point. I would keep an eye on the lump incase it grows larger and at what rate it is growing as a 2nd trip to the vet may be in order. As for the funny poos xx>>> i would ensure to give your piggy plenty of watery veggys such as cucumber and cabbage and carrot incase he is a lottle dehydrated, if he is struggling with the water bottle why not also leave him a shalloe bowl of water in the cage until hes a little bigger and can manage the bottle better, the bowl of water will need changing regularily ofcourse as dirt and faeces will get into it. Hope this helps. Did you mention the funny poo to the vet?

I haven't noticed it getting any bigger, it has just sort of stayed as is was but will still keep an eye on it. When I look at it I can see is isn't fully growing from the skin if you understand what I mean. Like it reminds me of what we get as skin tags.

I did have a bowl in there but I didn't think they were actually using it much. But I will put it back in for him :)
