Poor Guinea Pig! (what I Saw At The Pet Store)

I was at my local Pet Store yesterday and I saw a poor little Guinea Pig and half of his ear was chews off! I can only imagine what the poor little thing went through! I know where my next Guinea Pig is going to be!

Such a shame. One of my rescue pigs has a badly chewed ear. Again don't want to think what he went through. But he is so much more confident after having him 10 months. Are you going to speak to store owner about your concerns?

Well, I don't think they did it to him.. I think wherever they got him he was like that because he was in a cage by himself, But I'm still concerned if he will get bullied more, I might say something

It sounds like his previous owner kept him with a rabbit as rabbits do things like that. A rabbit that I had, once, bit a piece out of a piggies ear. Keeping rabbits and piggies together is generally frowned upon nowadays.

Awh! It's so terrible how all these little animals get abused and can't say anything for themselves or fight back!
