Just seen an article in my local paper I could read the story as the headline was upsetting enough but the gist of it was a couple found a guinea pig which had been thrown out in the rubbish because it is blind! grrrrpow-pow

Stuff like this always makes me mad, people abandoning animals because they don't match the drapes or if they have something wrong with them. When will people realise that the animals they adopt are a forever thing, or at least until the animal reaches the end of their life.

People are horrible at times and its very saddening
 
Oh, that's terrible! People can be so cruel to animals. How could they throw it out like that? It really makes me mad!

I've adopted abandoned pigs before and it's awful the condition they are usually in :( One of mine, Mama pig, was filthy and pregnant with a badly inbred baby.

People that mistreat animals should be locked in prison for the rest of their lives!

There are just some lines you don't cross, hurting kids or animals is one of them. People who do that should have someone be cruel to them, see how they like it
 
I agree with all of that. I think the punishment should match the crime, just like the woman who put the cat in the bin pow-pow
 
Exactly! They should be severely punished! Kids and animals don't do us any harm. It's our responsibility to take care of them. Some people just are cruel though. I'd love to take the lady that abandoned my Mama Pig, shove her in a cage and lock her in an apartment without food. See how she'd like that!
