Poor Ted, life is just so exhausting!

Bill and Ted have been busy this afternoon watching the grandchildren playing rather lively in their room! I think it’s been all too much for Ted who has been eagerly standing up at the bars begging for food!

He got a lovely tea but the begging went unanswered by the girls, too busy playing “Victorian Barbie” with servants? Just like Downton Abbey

I wish my daughter still played with Barbies she grew out of them way too quick

Ah, they love playing Barbie’s, in-fact most of the furniture is Sindy but they have themes like “Caveman Barbie” and “Wedding Barbie” and lots more, we have boxes and boxes, some were mine some bought off eBay and some new ones! the oldest is nine so I think she will grow out of them but the little one has now got an interest too. they like creating scenes with all the little cakes, pans, campfires and cooker, dining table etc. We even have a Labrador that poops!

Oh wow, I am in awe of your doll collection. I used to have Pippa dolls, but my friend had a Sindy horse, caravan and trailer which I coveted. I bet your grandchildren love coming to play with all those amazing accessories.
And the boys look utterly exhausted.

I'd be right there playing with them I loved all my Barbies I still remember using my nans China shire horse ornament as Barbies horse lol. My daughter is nine but she would rather play video games than with her dolls She keeps telling me I can give all her dolls away but I can't bare too.

I was banned from playing with my Nan’s China shire horse. She had one of those ones with the cart and barrels on it. What a memory you’ve brought back for me x

I wasn't allowed Barbie or Sindy dolls my mum didn't think they were "suitable". I made sure my girls had of them and the accessories so I could play too!

That was the exact one with the cart and barrels, my nan didn't know we used to sneak it out of her glass cabinet

Here’s one scene they made earlier “Supermarkets“ they get more enjoyment out if all the little objects than the actual Barbie’s Ted has recovered from his begging! Shame he’s no voice, they might have noticed him more if he could have shouted at them!
