Hi everyone,
Haven't been on here a while but a lot's happened since I last posted! One of my boars Fatty Pig who's 5 now keeps having new problems. He's just had an operation to have a very large burst cyst removed (about the size of a 10p!) and i've just found out he has lymphoid tissue in his eyes which has caused ulcers. Can anyone explain this lymphoid tissue a bit further? I also think he may be impacted. I have searched the net but am still unsure. With an impacted boar is it possible for the mass to be hidden, as in not instantly noticeable? He always seems to have a messy bum but it doesn't look like the pictures i've found on the net. Also where would I be able to feel the lump? Is this poor digestion or something I can change in his diet? He's eating the same as my other two younger boars and they don't have the same problem.
