My little piggie has suddenly developed a poorly eye, any help advice greatly appreciated.

It looks like the beginning of a fungal problem. Please see your vet tomorrow.
Make sure that you use good hygiene when handling him and his companion, especially washing your hands thoroughly so you do not carry the infection further onto yourself, family members and other pets until you can get hold of the appropriate fungicidal products.
