Poorly Foot!

I have just taken another piggy in today and she was soooooo filthy, we bathed her and found she has a really porly back right foot. It looks like it has really dry skin and the toes does spread properly. Do you have any idea what it coule be?

I'll be taking her to the vets but can't until Mon afternoon.
 
Is it just dry skin?
If it is then any good quality skin ointment will help. Can you be more specific about where the dry skin is, is the foot swollen, is she in pain or has difficulty walking?
