Our male Guinea Pig, Gavin, is showing some very poorly symptoms. He is soaking wet under his body and his water is going down on a daily basis. At first we thought it was a leaky water bottle, so we replaced it with a new one, however the same is occurring.

Gavin is constantly at the water bottle drinking, and the wet patch we have just realised is urine where he is constantly going to the toilet. He used to have huge poops as well, but they are very tiny now. He is also sitting in a very scrunched position. He is eating well and is not showing an verbal signs that he is in pain.

Thought I would check on here to see if anyone knows what his issue might be?

I'm sorry but I don't know. It might just be that he's thirsty but I don't really think so.

He really needs to see a vet. He may have a urine infection which needs treating.

Could be a number of things.
Increased thirst is a possible sign of diabetes or kidney issues that would need treatment from your Vet, it maybe as the weather is still warm, he is just thirsty.
Wetness due to high water intake - the two go hand in hand but could also indicate a UTI, again, treatment available from your Vet, antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications usually do the trick.
Small poops indicate that there could be a digestive issue - an unwell piggy will hunch and look fluffed up in a bid to keep warm as they trap air between the layers of hair.
I would take Gavin to your Vet asap for a thorough check up, it is always worth it :)

You are obviously a careful and observant piggy owner but it's worth pointing out that guinea pigs are a prey animal and often refuse to show any pain verbally. They also try to pretend that everything is fine as far as they can. So if you handle Gavin he may be telling you nothing simply because he is wary of showing any faults to predators that may be around.

Please have Gavin checked by a good, piggy savvy vet as soon as you can get an appointment.
He is obviously in pain and not eating properly. Please weigh him daily to monitor his food intake. Small poos are always an alarm sign.
