My Ediie pig is poorly! Lost weight etc! Vet said I need to get as much food into her to build her strength! She is still toileting fine!

What soft foods can I give her, she is struggling to eat brocoli etc so thinking something more liquidized, I no with rabbits porriage is a good one but not sure with pigs, any ideas?

Poorly in what way?

You can also syringe feed if you feel necessary, but piggies who are eating a little may eat some critical care formula off a spoon. You can get some of this stuff from a vets or a good pet shop. Make sure you feed unlimited pellets for wieght gain, you can also soften these in warm water if needed. You can also give, oats and barley rings etc to help with wieght gain.

When one of mine was poorly with dental problems and couldn't chew properly, I used the small side of a grater to grate carrot and broccoli. It comes out really small so you can roll it into little balls and pop them in the mouth.
