I posted a thread about some poorly pigs that had come in to rescue here

http://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=26736

10 days later, with some good grub in them and some TLC, here they are:

Ember (behind) and Flash:

Pleased to report that they are all quite perky, the two wobbly ones are not as wobbly as they were. It's going to be a while before they're well enough to rehome, and they're all on pregnancy watch, but I'm really pleased with their progress so far.

Sadly one of the other pigs from the same rescue lot died yesterday, and the two other sows are very poorly - so fingers crossed for those please.

What beautiful piggies they look so happy and such a difference to when they were brought in! xoxo

You do a wonderful job I can't imagine what would happen to them if there weren't such knowledgable people around to take them in.

and to you xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>

Thank you - my Gorgeous Guineas order has just arrived, so I'm off home now armed with various lotions and potions to soothe their poor skin! But they are looking much better.

Fizz is moving into her own accommodation tonight too, picked up a large indoor cage from the charity shop today for £10, she's so heavily pregnant and is getting really moody with the others, so I think she needs her own space!

Just a quick update on these girlies...

Spark and Ember are reserved to someone on the forum, but not until Spring as they are indoors at the moment and will be housed outdoors at their new home.. so they are going to be fostered in the meantime by a lovely lady who will give them lots of hugs!

Flash and Flame unfortunately have on-going health problems due to in breeding, which will leave them with mobility issues and teeth problems for the rest of their lives, so these two are staying with me as it's unfair to pass on these sorts of problems to a new owner.

Fizz, as we've seen - has just given birth to 3 big babies!

Thanks

Sophie
