Poorly Rescue Pig With Bloating And Diarrhoea

This is a post I really hoped I wouldn't have to write. Wispa died this afternoon. She's been quiet over the last few days, and we were really hoping the meds would start to kick in. When I got back from work this morning she was sat with her sister. I thought that was a bit strange as they never sit together. When I checked on her again later it was clear something was very wrong. She fell over trying to make her way back from her food bowl. After that it was very fast. I kept her wrapped up and held her until she was gone.
I am devastated. Wispa was such a wonderful guinea pig, and even though we didn't have her for long, she made such an impression. To make matters worse we lost our elderly boar Jake this morning. Thank you to everyone who tried to help x
I wish it was better news.
