Flippin heck! That's just showing off now :soz:

That's how corn on the cob used to look in my cage when stan was around.

Look what I've had to resort to to entice them:20160629_135618.webp

This is what's left over from his treat last night bless him and he also likes these nibble sticks he's one totally spoilt piggy image.webp

I tried chopping that cob up to reduce the fear factor. But wow cob is TOUGH!

I have wrapped grass round it. What a waste of a good cob!

I'm going to end up cobbing it out . . .

Aww bless it was popcorns first time at trying it too I found some last night reduced in sainsburys so grabbed him 2 so glad I did now as it runs out today so he will be having his last one later I didn't think he would be very bothered with it but he loves it but carrots are his all time favourites

Aww but I don't know if your piggy will eat bell peppers popcorn will not touch them he goes straight for gem lettuce he loves Spring greens but hates all peppers he likes celery a little tomatoe

Yes! Pepper is a hit! Specially red pepper. Favourites though have to be herbs. Any really but parsley and mint. And green beans.

they do eat a lot of veg but i think my cob is going to end up in the bin and the way they were huddled together cowering from the cob was really pathetic!

Aww bless I wonder why they are so frightened of it ? I want to get popcorn one of those parsley bells what I do get him as a treat are those edible veg and fruit bowls 100% edible down to the bowl he will clear all the dried carrot first lol

In newbie to piggie world so may sound daft but do you boil the cob or give raw,and what are best veg to feed.:hmm:
You just chuck it in raw. Mine clear it to the point it looks like a loofah, they fight over it once the corn has gone. I'm not sure if eating it in its entirety is ok mind you!

Regarding food, there are some brilliant stickies at the beginning of each section covering all you need to know about what to be feeding.
