Is it just baby piggies that do this or adults too.....

Reason i ask was when we got Delilah she was apparntly 9months approx old, very small, and only 450g in weight. She is now steadily putting on weight but she popcorns its so funny.

When shes been out for her run an is put back in her cage she runs laps, does the leap of faith onto the top of her house, rubs her face in her fleece an popcorns round and about her cage its soooo cute. As soon as her veggies r in she calms. ill have to try get a video.

Just wonderin if anyones 'adult' piggie do this?

Am serioisly beggin to think she was alot younger then first thought. but i guess ill never know her true age.
 
All piggies popcorn regardless of age - its just when they get a bit older they sometimes dont manage to get off the ground! We have a 9 month old boar Tim who had a mad half hour every night running around and around the cage jumping on and off the boxes and popcorning all over the place. Its so funny as we hear him whizzing around. Our 4 year old boar Wallace thinks about joining Tim but kinda sits watching him and occassionally wriggles his bum in the air saying "nah cant be bothered". Our other year old neutered boar kind of jumps in the air and contorts his body at the same time but its a different kinda popcorn - its almost like hes trying to change direction in midair.

A video of your Delilah would be great to see

Now i no how to put vids on here ill do one when i next see her of her popcorning hyperness! :)
 
My two are enormous and do weigh a lot but they can still popcorn! I am amazed that they can leave the ground but they do.
 
out of the 6 pigs, 4 popcorn often, 1 occasionally and 1 never.

The usual suspects are crystal and fudge in the herd, usually over veg or something they think is really exciting, tyrian popcorns after a pen clean out, lupin popcorns when the mood takes him. Minty is the occasional and I think its only because she forgets herself, silver never popcorns.

Fudge popcorns round in a small circle, tyrian flicks his long hair first before each popcorn - I love watching them all and they all make me laugh
