Just a little note to say that Porcella fell asleep in mummy's arms two Saturdays ago, and didn't wake up.

She took ill on the Friday, and it was a long night trying to get fluids/pain meds into her, and snuggle her up on her heat pad and blankets. I was just getting ready to take her to the vets and have her put down, when she tried to get up and fell out of her bed. I picked her up, and put her in her cosy where she slowly drifted off. She was only 4 1/4, but I guess rescue pigs don't always live that long because of their poor start in life.

RIP Porcella Pig. Say 'hi' to Scarlett and Goggle x

Ohhh hun, I'm so sorry for your loss. Least she's free from pain now and popcorning free over the bridge rest in peace little one x

At least you were with her in her last moments. Now she can wheek happily along the rainbow bridge.

RIP Porcella run free at the bridge, whee know that Scarlet and Goggle greeted you with open paws so have fun popcorning thru the lush green meadows together and enjoy sharing corn silks and dandelion leafies, you will be so very very sadly missed by your lovely family but NEVER EVER forgotten xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
