Hey all,

I feed my piggies veg twice a day, they also have loads of hay and the recommended portion of nuggets.

Our eldest, Hurricane is a bit fussy and although he eats plenty of peppers and herbs he doesn't eat much else.

2 things he really enjoys are carrots and spinach, both of which are recommended to feed in moderation. How much is a moderate amount for these things and how often should he have them?

I don't have easy access to daily dandelions or grass for my two (though they get them as often as possible) ... what would people recommend as a good daily substitute. We use a mixture of carrot, baby gem lettuce and cabbage at the moment with other treats every now and then. Does this sound ok?

I'm still a new pig owner so I'm not sure, the only thing I've learnt is that carrot should be given in moderation so I've stopped giving it to mine daily. The leaves sound good though, I use herbs in place of grass and dandelions.
