Possible Ringworm?

Does anyone have any experience of ring worm. I Brought my piggy 2 weeks ago today from a pet shop on the Sunday after bringing him home one eye was all gunky and stuck together and had a crusty nose so we went to the vets at pets at home with him and was told he may have just got something in his eye and gave some eye drops and with the crusty nose gave some medicine incase it was ring worm but vet was almost certain it wasn't. We went back for a check up a week later and he was all cleared up. Now this morning when checking on him his eye was stuck together and I have noticed his ear is all flakey. I think he could be a texel/cross and have read they ate more prone to skin problems ill attach a pic x20160515_095345.webp
 
Do you know what the medication was they used. Is it possible to get a close up of the ear?

We had chloromycetin for the eye and baytril oral solution. I will get a picture of his ear in the morning.

I am a bit confused as to why the vet gave you Baytril for suspected Ringworm as that is an antibiotic. I would go back to the vet as it does look like possible Ringworm, especially if his nose looks similar. The best treatment would be the oral medication Itrafungol. Is it the Pets at Home vet you saw? if so I know other Pets at Home vets have used it in the past.

Oh dear. We have an appointment this afternoon and yes it's a pets at home vet we see. Thanks for your help
 
There are other types of fungal too but it is quite common for pet shop pigs to come down with Ringworm when they get to a new home due to immune systems being lowered.
 
The vet can't be sure what he has but have been given itrafungol oral solution, imaverol to bathe him in and spot on for possible ticks. Already becoming an expensive piggy after only having him 2 weeks. Pets at home paid for our first 2 appointments amd medication but as the problem went away and come back after the check up last week it's now down to me to pay.
 
All this meds you have been given should help if it is Ringworm. For the Imaverol it needs to be left on and not rinsed off and then it carried on working between dips.
