Possible Sick Guinea Pig

Please help, recently got a second Guinea pig, he is a male about 4 months old. He sneezes every so often and has crusty on eyes and nose that I have been cleaning off...should I be concerned? He is eating a ton, but still adjusting to our home, I just want to make sure he is okay.
 
It is always best to have a vet check over concerns like these especially when there is crusting on the nose and eyes as that can indicate a uri
