I haven't had our pigs for long and have not actually seen one weeing before, and just now heard squeaking and saw a milky white wee on the fleece in their run, right behind one of the guineas.
Since this is the first time I have noticed it and I'm not 100% sure that was the cause of squeaking, do I need to take her to the vets tomorrow or is there anything I can do while keeping an eye to see if it happens again?

Milky wees are those where excess calcium is excreted; that is a normal bodily function and nothing to worry about unless you get lots of them on a diet that may be too high in calcium. if you have got youngsters, they are very vocal.

Just keep an eye/ear out, but don't worry.

Thanks Wiebke, they are actually both over 1 year old as are rescues and I did go over when I heard the squeak as it sounded a bit different to usual. They are not good water drinkers at all, so if there is possibly something hurting her as she wees, I'm worried this may not be helping! I've put a bowl of very shallow water in to try and tempt them with the novelty just in case, but I wouldn't be happy leaving that when they're back in their cage for the night.

All you can do for the time is keeping an eye out. If it is UTI/bladder issues, the squeaking will become more noticeable in the next few days. Hopefully, it is just a one-off. Instead of offering more water, you may rather give an extra piece of cucumber or celery.
