This might just be me worrying too much, but here we go.

As some of you might know, my pig, Meg, has an URI at the moment. She seems to be responding well to treatment.

Today though, I noticed when she was out for a while that she seemed to be struggling to poop. The first few came out fine, but then she was standing there in the poop position for a couple of minutes, not doing anything. Then she kinda strained/spasmed through her body, squeaked, and a bunch of poops came out.

I would have thought the stomach issue was just a result of using Baytril, but thinking about it, she's had something up with her tummy from before that. The day before I took her to the vet for the URI she was squeaking as though in pain/discomfort when I picked her up and her stomach feels a little swollen. She is eating fine, but little bits slowly throughout the day. Like, I'm having trouble medicating her because it needs to be on food and getting her to eat two slices of cucumber at a time is difficult, she stops wanting to eat anything except newspaper/her pigloo/cardboard for a while.

Perhaps related to the URI? Obviously I want that sorted out first, and her digestive system is working (eating and pooping enough) just something seems off. The vet has examined her tummy carefully twice and didn't feel any issues.

Any advice?

The issue could be bladder related. If necessary ask for an x-ray or scan to check for bladder stones or sludge or an obstruction in the gut. It should also show any gas (bloating), which the swelling in the belly is most likely.
She may need gut stimulants (preferably emeprid) and zantac for the latter.

@loopytheone It would be worth seeing if you can swap the Baytril to be taken by syringe. That's how I give Baytril.

Baytril can cause stomach upset so I'd give some probiotic 1-1.5 hours after the Baytril.
