Possible URI or allergy?

i know it’s very late but iv just noticed this sound my piggie is making whilst having a nap, i’m so worried he first started faint whistling through his nose and then i noticed the creaking sound i know it’s coming from him and now I'm getting kind of scared it’s a URI. i do have a video though i’m not sure how to upload?

They have narrow airways so if there is some dust irritation then it can cause whistling. However the best thing is to go to a vet for a check. If it is the start of a Uri, then you don’t want to leave it
