Possible URI, Urgent Help Please!

If his breathing is bad I would ask the vet about diuretic again, it is often a good idea to treat a URI with both antibiotics and Diuretics.
 
Everything crossed for Nutty. Hope you are coping ok. I wonder if he might take some thicker critical care off a spoon. I have been feeding one of my chinchillas this way. I don't even have to get her out of the cage. I just put the spoon in front of her mouth and she eats it. :)
 
Machu has asked me to let you know he has all his claws crossed for Nutty -- he likes to read your piggies' blog and Nutty is his favourite. (He has a thing for agouti-booties -- just ask Yoshi!) Glad to hear he's perking up!
