What a worrying time indeed. But is good that she is holding her weight under the circumstances and that her poops are normalising again. Your little lady has obviously got a sweet tooth - but anything to keep her eating...

Still going strong, although a little blood this morning on her towel, not much but will keep monitoring it. She went up to 950g by 3pm yesterday afternoon, that was only 3 hours later than her 940g weight!

Please be aware that just the difference between a full or empty bladder can make 10g, not to mention a fully/empty tummy. The daily variance can be as much as 30g. that is reason why we recommend to always weigh at the same point of the daily feeding cycle. if you weigh too often, it can be rather confusing for you, too.

It is good to know that your girl is holding her own. I am keeping my fingers firmly crossed that the bleeding will stop. If it doesn't by tomorrow, I would contact the vet again as by then the antibiotic should have been kicking in.

Yes I thought the weighing may be rather like us, she is definitely improving and now munching on hay most of the time. I will do, thank you. :)

Clover seems back to normal and has returned to her piggie group of friends! she has been eating and pooping normally with no sign of blood for 4 days now. thank you for all your support, it was well received last Sunday!

I amd so happy for you that Clover is doing well. Please make sure that you fully finish the course. UTI can be tenacious.
