Possibly sick guinea pig need help identifying something

My guinea pig Marvin is a year old and when I was holding him I saw white stuff coming out of him and I’m not sure what it is and if it’s a cause for concern

I've never had Boars before but could it be a build up of boar 'glue' coming out? @Betsy s Guinea Christian had a substantial sized sperm rod roughly a week ago which is a build up of boar glue around the penis. Have a look at the boar bum & cleaning bits thread.
But please take him to a vets if you're in the least bit unsure

I agree its a big sperm rod. Doesnt need a vet just needs cleaning. Dont pull it though
