The 8 week old Guinea pig that has been living in my lounge is currently having a brain storm! he's running around the cage pop corning and running in and out of his pigloo!

Aww is this the little guy who was part of the gentic problem piggies? So funny when they do that. Cuzzy was always at it. Sunshine does it still and he is 15 months so funny! :)
 
Fingers crossed he continues to thrieve. He sounds full of fun! Oh I love weigh ins I get so excited! mallethead
 
It's the best when they do that for the first time, especially when they have been especially timid/mistreated/badly kept etc, bet it made your heart leap!
 
we brought him inside 'cause at the time we had no boars to pair him up with and we didn't want him lonely and he was tiny and wanted to keep a closer eye on him after how quickly Billie became unwell But he's huge in comparison and Louisa is doing well in with the girlies its just a case of waiting for the 6 month mark which was the approx age of Mr Pig, Alice and Victoria when they died and just enjoying each day as it comes
He enjoys it when we listen or watch the Proms on the BBC. He squeaks along and even popcorns! I think its because i used to leave the radio on in the shed on Radio 3 or Classic FM! all the piggies enjoy a bit of Classical music:))
 
Elora loves classical music too. I was stroking her the other day and she was objecting with her being a new girl as soon as the music came on she settled! Very strange! :o
 
Thats so sweet, I will have to try mine with some music! I'm glad he's doing well. Tiger was running round the conservatory popcorning and shouting at the top of his voice this evening!

Here he is now aged 8 weeks (and 2 days) wieghing in at 500 gms! still going strong!
the pairings are going ok Rusty and Luciano didn't go well Luciano in one corner and Rusty with a mouthful of Luc fur in mouth!:{
But Keith and Luciano going ok at the mo
fingers crossed!
also Laurent still won't eat any fresh fruit or veg only hay grass and complete pellets!
