Hi, I go away for a week on Sunday and my neighbour is going to come in and clean and feed my pigs. I was thinking just to make it easier for her can I prep their veggies in daily bags/tubs? Or will it be too long and the food go off? I'd probs do a mix of lettuce coriander and pepper.

If anyone has any insights of this please let me know, thanks.

Or just thinking even just prepping the pepper. The other stuff is ready in bags so mainly it would be the pepper. Thanks

I prep my veg twice a week. I chop up their cucumber and pepper and leave in a Tupperware box in the fridge. I don’t prep the lettuce or herbs so chopping up your pepper in advance should be fine

I agree - it will be absolutely fine to prep the veg in advance and put them in daily tubs. Will make things much easier for your neighbour

That’s a great idea and your neighbour will appreciate that and you’ll know what they’re eating! Win all round 🥰
