Just after some preventative advice as I'm really fearful of the piggies getting flystrike. No real reason, it just sounds appalling!

My girls seem to keep themselves very clean down below but are there wipes you would recommend, or other preventative treatments that are safe to apply?

I clean their litter tray out daily, the fleece every 2-3 days and scoop poops 1-2 times a day (the litter tray catches most of them), + deep clean at the weekend. Is this enough in hot weather?

Thanks for anything you can recommend.

To be honest I don't think it is a major problem with Guinea pigs as they are pretty good at keeping themselves clean. The big one (which it sounds like your already doing) is keeping the cage clean as obviously a stinky cage is a good attraction for flies. For peace of mind I do sometimes spray a little bit of flystrike spray in their cage (Johnson's I believe) and I've never had a problem with flies but I wouldn't say there are necessarily anything that needs to be done.

The main way to fend off fly strike is simple...

Keep their surroundings clean...
If their cages are spotless then the flies won't be attracted, they won't get dirty and there pretty safe...

You can spend a small fortune on lotions and potions but cleanliness is key...

To me it sounds pretty good. I use the nose test with mine, if it doesn't smell good to me then it smells great to flies.
