I’ve had Leo a year now. I’d guess he was over a year old when I got him. I’ve just noticed this under his chin. He’s extremely fidgety so I haven’t been able to have a good look at it but it doesn’t look fresh. He’s in a cage on his own but only separated from the other piggies by C&C grids. I’ve tried pairing him with my other pigs a couple of times, supervised the whole time, so I really don’t think he got into a fight with any of them. His poops are perfect, his appetite is great and he seems perfectly fine in himself so I’m wondering if it’s something that happened before I got him? I’ve never noticed unexplained blood in the cage. I’ll get him booked in at the vets but would like to know people’s thoughts please.

Hi! It looks like it could be a small burst sebaceous cyst that is healing up to me?

Thanks @Wiebke I was thinking something along those lines. I just wonder if it happened before I got him because I didn’t notice anything. Hope it’s not hurting him :/

I wouldn't think so; just keep in mind that all we can do is guess as much as you do.
