I have a piggie that has a respiratory infection at the moment, she is on baytril twice a day at the moment. I read on here about giving pro c to get her eating again, I have fetched some today my oh has mixed it up as per instructions question is how much and how often should I give it her? I know you have to wait a couple of hours after the baytril. Also the oh has mixed up quite a bit, can this be saved or is it a fresh mix every time?

Cheers

Hi! You give about a pinch to a guinea pig, but you give it as fresh as possible. ideally you mix a pinch with 1 ml of water (i.e. one syringe full), and then syringe it to make sure that it all goes in as it should.
