problem with Boar Bits!?

I was washing my boar today ,he has longish hair around his boar parts - and while cleaning him I noticed he has a discharge around the bottom of his little man when its out - I cleaned it away and think I may have hurt him as he looks a bit uncomfortable and is hunched a bit - Is there anything I can give him or put on it to make it a bit better?

Will he need an antibiotic for this?
