what a weekend! finally got round to the ladys house to pick up the guineas, apparantly luna was unable to be collected because of her accident. well to cut a long story short i ended up coming away with seven, yes SEVEN guinea pigs in the end.....and luna had indeed had an accident (i got to meet her) and when her leg is healed, she too shall be coming to live with us.
photos will follow tonight of the 'new crew' totally gorgeous and well cared for guineas, chances are one of the sows is pregnant but we'll deal with that when it happens. 4 boys and 3 girls (will be four girls when luna is better!) plus the four we already have means we now care for 12 of the little cuties!

Wow!

But I am glad that all guinea pigs are well cared for and so happy that Luna will be joining you in time as well.

You REALLY have to post some pics on here now! :))

wow and well done on rehoming so many piggies and i bet you cant wait for luna to join your crowd! can't wait to see pigtures

I'll second that Wow!

Glad they are all in great condition and Luna will joining you when her leg is well.

WOW! 7 guineas - a total of 12!

can't wait for pics!

get snapping with the camera - we need to see.

What's wrong with Luna's leg too?

AWWW - wonderful piggies!

You will be busy finding names for all of them, once you get to know them a bit better! :))

they look stunning! are they all going to stay with you or are you a rescue? what breed are they?

my plan was to be a rescue, but i dont think i could ever rehome any! in the past year ive taken in so many unwanted animals (14 turtles, numerous fish, the guineapigs, 5 rats, 6 chinchillas, 2 cats, chickens, ducks, mini-pigs etc next month we will be taking in a donkey, 2 swans and more ducks/chickens from a couple whos house is sadly being repossessed) i could never rehome any animal as id be unsure of what lies ahead for them! so while we have the room, the money and the time i'll keep taking them in :)

wow! all of those guineas are soooo sweet! x)

its brilliant that you took in all those piggies -c

I'm so glad everything is turning out the best for Luna - she is quite an interesting tale! And all the others are so gorgeous - I am rather keen on the little young male with Meteor, as well as the lad himself!

Such gorgeous piggies - lots of grooming ahead in your future! And well done for keeping them, and your menagerie on.
