Hi is puffing of air through nose normal? Ita not like a proper sneeze or cough, rather a sharp expel of air like a puff?
Ive attached video and its right at th she does them a few times within a minute or two, she as you can see has puffy eyes conjunctivitis which is being treated, shes back tomorrow at vet to be reseen as not really clearing, but wondered whether to get this checked too, she doesnt have a wet nose but when she cleans with her paws it sounds a little wet/crackly x shes being very cuddly today (just back from holiday) so know she's feeling under the weather a bit anyway but just curious before we are back x thanks

I am no expert but i definitely think your piggy needs to see a vet as she may have a URI. Have you tried using one of the vets listed on the forum as these are all guinea pig savvy.

Yep she was bein seen before i went away for her eyes and had drops but they are better but not clear now I'm back (they have been at a friends) so due back tomorrow, her wheek etc sounds fine and cant hear anything off in her chest and nose doesnt feel wet but she keeps doing this, was just odd when she cleaned it sounded little off but fine other than, had pig with uri before and nothing like that but will check just incase x

@Hbecooper It could all be related to the eye issue. She might be trying to expel something from her nose if it feels blocked or itchy. Mention it to the vet tomorrow and they might change the antibiotics.

I would get her re-checked as soon as you can to be on the safe side.

Thank you, they think she has a slight ulcer on one eye and still an infection so have new antibiotics. Couldn't really say much about the puffing but said she sounded totally fine inside etc. We are back in a week if not before to get reassessed. If she is not better by then or goes down hill ill take her to my other vet. X
