Little ginger Puggle has gone to join her cousin Piggle over the rainbow bridge, and to meet the Queen.

Born in the same hutch to sister-mums a week apart, and possibly having the same dad, Puggle left us exactly a week after Piggle, on the same day as Her Majesty the Queen. Puggle always was a bit posh compared to Piggle!
These two couldnt have been more different personalities, and constantly squabbled and disagreed over everything, every day for over 4 years. Piggle was big, loud, extrovert, and fearless- Puggle was small, quiet and nervous- but they must have shared a deep connection, when Piggle died Puggle just stopped eating then started refusing syringe feed and there wasnt anything the vet could explain or do to help.
Puggle was passionately in love with little boar Theo, and was his favourite and most demanding little wife, and she passed away peacefully at home with Theo lying next to her all through her last night until she had gone.
Then being a bloke he kissed her goodbye and popcorned off to chase the new girl, which I'm glad about that he isnt too sad- happy todays is what piggies are about.
Sleep peacefully my little ginger biscuit, I know you will be trying to get in the Queen's handbag just because you would fit and Piggle wouldn't!

Sorry for your losses. Their bond must have been very deep for Puggle to have been affected so deeply by Piggle’s passing. I’m sure they are both popcorning high over the rainbow bridge together x

I’m very sorry :(

They must have had a deep bond, even if complex!

Sleep tight piggies.

I’m so sorry Puggle could not bare to be without her cousin Piggie, sending hugs :hug:They say opposites attract and that was clearly true in their looks and personalities, but both very beautiful girlies 🤩

Sleep tight little Puggle, hope you are reunited with Piggle 🌈

I’m so sorry for your losses. They are together forever now.

So sorry for your loss of Puggle, popcorn over the rainbow (and say hi to the queen!) 🌈❤️

So sorry for your loss. Losing two piggies in a week is tough. I've been there and it's very hard. Look after yourself as you grieve. Piggle and Puggle are now together forever squabbling quite happily as they always did.

Sending you huge hugs as you mourn Puggle’s passing. She is reunited with her beloved Piggle. Sleep tight little one, the Rainbow Bridge has been a busy place recently xx

Oh I’m so gutted for you. The two of them being together again is really lovely, but I know they’ll leave a huge hole in your heart. The queens handbag- I hope this happens! Take care of yourself x

So sorry that sweet Puggle couldn't resist the call of the rainbow bridge. It sounds like her crossing was peaceful though. 🌈

Such sad news. I’m so sorry for your loss. It must be a terrible shock and so upsetting for you. They were much loved piggies and blessed to have been so x

Your sad news was hard to read and must have been so very difficult to write. Sending hugs as you grieve. Puggle will be happily reunited with Piggle and popcorning together over the rainbow bridge. Run free little one 🌈

I’m so very sorry for your loss of Puggle 😞 She wanted to be with her sister.

Sleep tight Puggle. Have fun at the rainbow bridge with Piggle. Say hello to Edward and all my other past piggies for me xx

I missed this post as I have been on holiday. I'm really sorry to read this sad news. Puggle had a wonderful life and many happy piggy with you and her friends. Sending big hugs.

Popcorn free across the rainbow bridge little one.💕🌈🐾

Thank you everyone, for your kind words about Piggle and Puggle- its a big gap without my founding herd pair, but they both went mercifully fast and peacefully at home with their friends.
The other piggies were a bit shocked and sad for a while but they are regrouping now into a reshuffled mini-herd of 6, and new girl Hatty is relishing taking on the most annoying Puggle trait of terrorising Theo with aggressive love, and Piggle's old job of barbering the floofy ladies. So much so that Luna has an almost bald patch on top rather like a monk of old, and Blod has lost her eyebrows and gained a very wide center parting lol... Piggle will be looking down laughing at that one!

Afraid I'm very late extending my condolences, HM's obsequies and other things got in the way of me giving time and considered thought to replying to posts on this forum. (I'm now sat on a slow train to ludlow so have time to type!)

I was so sorry to read that lovely gentle Puggle had left you to join Piggle at Rainbow Bridge :bye: She must have had an amazingly strong bond with Piggle to have grieved so much despite still having the companionship of her devoted husboar Theo 💔.
I hope she enjoyed meeting the Queen before she popcorned off to join Lady Piggle.
I hope that Theo is OK too.

Popcorn free, Puggle xx 🌈
