This afternoon I noticed Pumba isn't using his left front leg. He still eats, drinks and gets around fine, but he will not put any weight on that one leg. This is our first time owning a guinea pig, it was given to my 5 year old from a friend. Any advice on what to do?

It sounds like sprain somewhere along the leg, right up to the shoulder joint. Not uncommon in lively piggies!
The front legs are the weigh bearing ones (the back ones act as propellers or springs), so a sprain tends to look worse when it happens in a front leg. As your boy is still happy to move around, eat and drink, I would not be too worried.

It can take a few days to a few weeks to fully heal, but if there are concerns at any point, please see a vet.

It's probably a sprain but it's still a good idea to take him to the vet. They can give you some pain relief medicine to give him daily.

If he doesn't improvee then they'll xray it for you.
