Right so it will be be pumpkin carving time soon and every year I've always just hollowed and composted the insides. My mum used to make pumpkin pies but I've never liked it but do any of your guinea pigs eat it. I imagine mine might have a go it being rather bland none of them have a sweet tooth even the babies - my husband put a little mango in their cage the other day and they seemed almost fearful of it
 
piggie can eat pumpkin, remember to remove seeds which i am sure you would do anyhow!

I dont know if they would like it though, depends on the fussy pig i guess! give it a go, i certainly will!
 
I fed some of the flesh to mine last yera and they seemed to love it, but they got a bit bored after a while, it went down well though :)
 
maybe you could cut the rind in two after halloweens been and gone, i bet they'd love the rind!
