Puppy Pads Without Fleece?

Is it possible to just use puppy pads in part of my cage and then to put my fleecy beds and tunnels on top or do I need to put fleece over the puppy pads?

I think you’d be fine with just a bed or tunnel on top.Ive done it before when their fleece won’t reach quite to the end of the cage lol x

Thank you I have a double cage so was wanting to have the top level with all of their fleecy beds and tunnels etc as the bedding and hay makes a mess of them x

I now use just puppy pads and it works great. Put them over newspaper and just scoop both up every few days. They seem to realise they shouldn't chew them. Great for soaking up
