Purring pigs?

My friend had a guinea pig that purred.(like a cat)Do all piggies purr?It was very cute. :D
 
All of mine have as long as i've just got a good spot stroking them. They also seem to like jingly noises.
 
all mine have purred at some time or another and i do it back to them which amkes them do it back to me so we sit there purring at each other lol jsut means they are content, my closest pigs do it more often,
 
My boys purr at the doorbell, my keys, and mobile phones. Sometimes they also purr if they are just sitting quietly or if they are stroked in a certain place :)
 
Caramel does it when the Home and away tune is on :o and sits there watching the whole prog,weird pig
 
Isn't 'burring' when they are upset? Just wondering because my two boars burr at eachother and shake their bums all the time and I was told that means their going to fight, am I right?
 
Purring from a boar who is wiggling his bum and stomping the ground that is him wanting to mate. Boars will do this at other boars and sows, they purr and wiggle the bottoms, they are just excited/horny, lol. Sows will also do this if she is in season.

Purring when they hear a high pitched noise is them being alert and letting others know there could be danger, sometimes also scaried.

Yeah, brrrrrr when they don't like something, are upset or generally annoyed! LOL
