Junior Guinea Pig
hi folks!
I'm in desperate need for hay recommendations !
We are looking for a local supplier (Norfolk) of good quality hay bales.
It is such a struggle to find good hay and I am not paying £70 for oxbow as that money can go towards my pigs supplements and good and also some charity donations ...
We were fine till now but last batch we got is so dry it looks more like straw and for the first time our maginifcent 7 pigaroos aren't keen on it.
Seems there is a massive struggle with hay in UK overall. Loads of websites that sell it have message saying that hay isn't as god quality as usual and that they are waiting for new crop etc...
With UK weather I understand hey face he challenges but I hope that someone know of a decent hay farm here in Norfolk...
we used one in Kimberley but last batch was wet and mouldy... then we got one that's sold in Ken's corn store in taverham but that's more like straw
Can anyone recommend anywhere ?
