"quarantining" toys

Hi everyone. Just wanting your opinion please. If you are buying toys/chews for your guinea pigs, do you quarantine them incase it comes with mites? I have just been very paranoid since they have had mites. I know you can only do so much but I'm trying to just eliminate any chances of re-introduction as much as i can.

I am not in a position to freeze them so just wondering if any of you guys quarantine them and how long for?

I’ve never quarantined toys.
I wash new fleecy things but the only toys I buy are hay cubes or carrot cottages which come wrapped.

Never. I also only buy hay cubes and carrot cottages.
It’s possible if they been in contact with mites but hay would pose a bigger risk of mites than toys

I buy willow balls sometimes and never quarantine them
I’ve only had mites once and it was hay mites from hay
