~Question about what my piggie's doing today~

My guinea pig Sugar is tearing all of the newspaper up from underneath her bedding on one side of the cage and dragging it all the way over to the other side and packing it into one side of her little house and she's got it packed all the way now, its all big pieces of newspaper too and she hasn't shredded it or anything, it looks odd.. i dont know if she's just playing around or doing this for a reason:... she's never done this before...i just took a picture of what she's doing and yes, she's in there:))


 
My piggies have fun tearing up newspaper but they have never stuffed it in their tunnel before..Each to their own I suppose. Thats wots so wonderful about piggies. all their individual quirks....
 
I have some pigs that do this and some that don't. The ones that do seem to be having lots of fun, but it makes the cage look really awful, as if they have a bad mum who never tidies up! xx
 
Oh ok haha i just was making sure she wasn't doing this for some other reason than fun, maybe she's just trying to lock her hutch mate out of her little house, he can be a bit bothersome...rolleyes
 
mine just eat any paper they get hands on (well george does) there isn't time to put it in his house like that as he eats it all up :))
 
that's adorable! my girls have never dragged newspaper into anything, but they do like to re-organise the floor coverings occasionally or sit underneath it.
 
Haha piggies are so funny sometimes:)) None of my pigs have ever done anything like this before......well, only one of my other pigs have (Cutie) when she was in labor, so she was making some kind of nest to make her and the babies feel comfy and safe:)
 
My pigs like to hide underneath their newspaper and then eat it from underneath.

Bonkers!

I've never seen them stuff it in their tunnels though, that is so cute!
