Adult Guinea Pig
Hi,I have a nearly 2year old guinea pig , right and she is losing her voice ? because she is really quiet and she was the louds out of my two guinea pigs. any advice on this ?

Is she losing her voice or is she just calming down a bit I wonder? They do calm down after a year and a half of age.... 
Alternatively has she lost a bit of confidence in any way? Has she had any upsets with her cage mate?
Has she had any illness recently? Any colds, snuffles or breathing problems?
It could just be the heat, may be she just cant be bothered to shout loud at the moment?

Have you had any new loud piggies recently. My late Bea seemed to let Jemima take over the wheeking responsibility when I added Jemima to the trio... Bea could still muster a loud wheek if you weren't quick enough with the food but generally let the young'un take over

Thanks for the reply !, it much be the heat !,because its just started losing voice in two days. also she is boss over the other guinea pig . picture of my two guinea pigs

Perhaps give her hair a trim for the hot weather, and there's some other useful tips on here for keeping them cool.
There are several things that can help - one is put a couple of bottles of water in the freezer, then take one out, wrap in a sock and place it in the cage, replacing it with the other when it loses it's cool.
Another is to put a small towel in a bag and put it on the freezer, then take it out and put it in the cage,
Another is to put a damp towel over part of the cage.
A slab of marble can be good too for them to lie on. You can buy these as marketed for chinchillas, but I have one I used for my hamsters, and now for my piggies when it's hot.
The bottle one is really good though, as it stays cold for quite some time
