Can we give bananas, apples, and carrots in small amounts very rarely to our guinea pigs, or none at all?

You can, but as you said, in small amounts.
Mine get carrot occasionally and every few months I’ll give them a bit of apple, they don’t really like fruit. Most of them actually run away from it!
I think watermelon and apple might be the only fruit they will eat haha

Mine don't like fruit either. The other day, though, I was packing apples in lunchboxes and had to take off the sticks to make them fit, so I gave those to the pigs. They ate them with relish!

They do like carrots, but fruit is just not their thing.
