Can we give bananas, apples, and carrots in small amounts very rarely to our guinea pigs, or none at all?

You can, but as you said, in small amounts.
Mine get carrot occasionally and every few months I’ll give them a bit of apple, they don’t really like fruit. Most of them actually run away from it!
I think watermelon and apple might be the only fruit they will eat haha

A very small amount as a very occasional treat is fine but it’s not something to be in their diet regularly due to the sugars. Fruit, including carrot and tomato, is not something that they need.
Mine get a piece of apple or a blueberry usually once a year in the summer.

Mine don't like fruit either. The other day, though, I was packing apples in lunchboxes and had to take off the sticks to make them fit, so I gave those to the pigs. They ate them with relish!
