I have two sows, about 4 months old. One of my girls is 1.55 pounds and the over is 1.32. The bigger just started to one rumble about a week or two ago. I read it was a dominance thing but the bigger one (peanut) doesn't approach the smaller one (lily) or do any sort of dominant behavior. She just sorta walks around and through the tunnels while doing so. What does this mean? Thank you.

Peanut is rumblestrutting. When bonding guinea pigs, it is mild dominance behaviour for both genders. Later you generally see it when sows come into season.

Rumbling can be a 'showing off' kind of behavior, and some sows will do it when they are in heat (which happens about every two weeks.) At around 4 months old, I think that is probably the most likely cause. Things should settle down within a few days.
