This morning as I was laying in bed listening to the guinea pigs I could distinctly hear rumbly tummy noises, lots of gurgling and rumbling....

I got up to investigate but the girls all moved and I couldn't hear the noise, I have no idea who it is!

No one feels tense in the tummy area or seems especially fatter than normal.

Is this some thing I should be worrying about?

Rumbly tummies can happen for a variety of different reasons. Our bloaty piggy 'Treacle' tummy was always rumbling even when she wasn't having an 'episode'
As long as everyone is pooing and eating I wouldn't a need to worry overly - it is probably someone with a little gas inside moving around. Just keep an eye on poo output and that every pig is their normal selves. If somepig stops pooing or looks a little fluffed up and quiet then get them checked over by the vet. Hopefully just a bit of gas that will disperse and you wont hear it again today

I've always been taught that a rumbling tum is better than a quiet one. A rumbly tum means things are moving around and not stuck and stale :)
