It's raining and I forgot to put the guinea pigs flap down. (Water proof outdoor hutch flap) there no run connected to the hutch and there's a hidden compartment kind of area. Can my piggies catch a cold or flu or something? They have blankets and hay but I'm not sure if it's enough! Please help me solve my problem asap!

If they are used to being outdoors then they most likely will not catch any illness from not just having the flap down once. Just make sure the hutch is dry inside. I'm presuming as you posted this 9 hours ago though that you will have done that by now!
