Junior Guinea Pig
I was away on a trip and some of my family members were taking care of my 5 precious pigs. I was continuously told they were doing fine by the person mainly taking care of them, but someone else went to check on them while I was on my way home and 3 of them were dead and they had no food or hay and hardly any water. When I got back, Turtle, one of the two left, was obviously very sick. It was late so I wasn't able to get her to the vet and she passed overnight. I'm going to miss them all so much and I really don't know how to express how much I cared about them and how much I loved them in this post, but I'm sure you fellow piggy owners will understand that it's not 'just a guinea pig'. They are such a part of our lives and most people don't get that losing a guinea pig can be just as bad as losing a human. Sunny was one of my two very first guinea pigs, and this is my first time ever losing any guinea pigs. Tui, the black brown and white one you see in the last picture, was my other first guinea pig and the only one I have left. ( I'll get her a friend soon so she doesn't get lonely) I will never forget any of them, and I'm so sad their lives were cut short. Sunny, the oldest, was only 2.5, Daizy was around 2, Turtle was around 1.5, and Blue wasn't even 1 yet. The pictures are of the passed guinea pigs- Sunny is the tan and white one, Daizy is the brown abyssinian, Blue is the baby skinny pig, and Turtle is the agouti with crazy hair.
