Please could somebody measure the internal dmiensions of their Rabbit 150 cage? I want to compare it to my Rabbit 140 from Zooplus. I have my 3 new baby piggies (girls) arriving at the weekend, after a year without, and I am keen to know the difference in internal size.

Also I am seriously considering the fleece option this time around but am curious as to how warm it will keep them as they will be in the conservatory during the winter months. It is heated for a few hours a day, just enough to keep the chill off it. The new girls have come from breeders who keep them outside in sheds so they are very hardy. I would love them in the house again but there simply isn't room here.

OK - not easy doing this by yourself :(|) but the INTERNAL dimensions of the trixie rabbit 150 are approximately:-

Base of the tray at the lowest and narrowest point approx 139cm x 64cm

Top of the tray (where cage joins it) approx 147cm x 71cm

Cage above tray approx 146cm x 73cm

Overall internal height (base of tray to top of cage) approx 62cm

Confirm that these are INTERNAL measurements. Hope this helps.

Mackers well done for such a great set of measurements

Ooh interesting. I haven't come across this cage before, and I have the 140 cm Zooplus one too.

thanks ever so Mackers :)

Pelicano - I have a feeling that it actually isn't much bigger than our 140s, certainly width wise, and only a few cms longer. I'll measure mine when I get it out of the shed on Sunday ....

That's a shame. The thing that annoys me most about the Zooplus cage is the fact that it is long and thin - I'd much rather something that is less long but a bit wider. Helps with cage design, as well as fitting it in my room!

I agree, I also wish it had a front-opening door. I far prefer accessing my gps that way and not from the top like a predator, and I am sure they prefer it as well
